Moki Dugway

The Moki Dugway is a thrilling and breathtakingly scenic 3-mile unpaved stretch of Utah State Route 261 (SR-261). Carved directly into the sheer cliff face of Cedar Mesa, this gravel road safely climbs (or descends) 1,200 vertical feet via a series of sharp hairpin switchbacks. It provides a direct gateway between the valley floor near Valley of the Gods and the high plateau above.
